Things need fixing:
- Fridge not working (can be fixed for $800 or $16,00 brand new)
- Leak in-line 3/4” PVC pipe from water heater (didn’t realize it can freeze in Louisiana!)
- Entry steps (needs replacing, but worked last time, the motor is ok)
- Tires have full tread, but due to storing should be checked for any issues
- A/C units should be turned on slowly. Put on low, then increase
- Some of the outside decals are weathered. Easily replaced doing Google search
